Insurance: |

All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third person caused by themselves, their employees, their agents and their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participating in equestrian events, and keep their policy up to date. All competitors enter the competition at their own risk. The event organizers will not be liable for any damages or injuries. |

Vaccinations: |

|
|
A negative EIA test, valid within the last 3 months is necessary to enter the NESC property. In everyone’s best interest we strongly recommend that your horse/pony is vaccinated against Equine Influenza and Japanese B Encephalitis (JE). |
||||||
|
Stabling: |
|||||||
|
|
Temporary stabling will be provided by the organizer at the cost of 300 baht per day. |
||||||
|
General: |
|||||||
|
|
All riders are expected to wear hard hats when mounted. The competition ground and stable area should be kept clean and tidy at all times. All electrical wires and appliances must in good working condition. Cooking inside the stable is not allowed. Smoking in or around the stable and storage areas is not allowed. At the end of the competition the stable must be cleaned of all waste. All dogs must be kept on a leash. |
